Throughout the program, participants will gain systematic knowledge starting from the fundamentals of exercise physiology and biomechanics to performance development, testing and analysis methods, training planning, and periodization processes.<br>The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical field applications, enabling participants to directly apply what they learn in real-world training environments.
