Program Aim:<\/strong>
This program provides teachers and teacher candidates with different perspectives on planning, implementing, and evaluating instructional processes. Participants will develop into program-literate and design-oriented individuals who create learner-centered programs that foster deep and lasting learning within an integrated curriculum framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Learning Outcomes:<\/strong>
Upon completing Module 1 and Module 2, participants will be able to:
\u2022 Design integrated programs and create connections between lessons using an interdisciplinary approach.
\u2022 Develop thematic frameworks that support long-term learning.
\u2022 Analyze learning outcomes in lesson plans according to cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
\u2022 Decide on appropriate assessment and evaluation methods for learning outcomes.
\u2022 Determine instructional strategies, methods, and techniques to achieve learning outcomes.
\u2022 Design instruction using the UbD (Understanding by Design) framework.
\u2022 Develop program literacy aligned with MEB curricula (2018 & 2024 Maarif Model) and IB-PYP programs.
\u2022 Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance instructional design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Program Structure:<\/strong>
The Integrated Program & UbD Teacher Training is composed of 2 modules, each offered online and live. Participants may register for modules individually.
\u2022 Scheduling Options:
o Weekdays: Monday & Wednesday, 19:00\u201321:00\/22:00
o Weekends: Saturday & Sunday, 18:00\u201320:00\/21:00
\u2022 Duration: 32 hours per module
\u2022 AI tools will be integrated throughout all sessions.
Module 1:
\u2022 Introduction to integrated programs, IB-PYP, and UbD.
\u2022 Analyze learning outcomes across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
\u2022 Plan instructional processes based on analyzed outcomes.
Module 2:
\u2022 Design integrated programs and unit plans.
\u2022 Apply the UbD framework in practical planning exercises.
\u2022 Develop and refine instructional designs using AI tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
