This program aims to provide participants with theoretical and conceptual knowledge of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), one of the most widely used psychotherapy approaches worldwide, and enable them to apply CBT techniques under supervision for specific psychopathologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
