PROFESSIONAL COACHING PROGRAM

Program Objective
One of the biggest challenges in this field is that coaching is often confused with consulting or even psychotherapy by many individuals and institutions. However, true coaching can be practiced by anyone who has received proper training and is willing to apply it. Contrary to popular belief, coaching is not about giving advice or telling people what to do. It is about goal setting and achieving those goals.
The primary purpose of coaching is to help individuals discover how to achieve their goals. Coaches do this by asking the right questions, enabling clients to find their own answers. The true power of coaching lies in allowing individuals to generate their own solutions. The coach’s role is to help clients identify and eliminate obstacles while supporting them in achieving balance in all areas of life.
