EXPLANATORY NOTES REGARDING PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

This program has been designed for manager candidates of accommodation centers operating under the Ministry of National Education. The aim of the program is to develop the knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes of manager candidates in the areas of legislation, management, catering and accommodation services, safety, child–adolescent–youth and family relations, protocol and official correspondence rules, e-dormitory (e-Yurt) module, professional development, etiquette, and ethical principles related to accommodation services.

C. Accommodation and Catering Services (20 course hours)

D. Safety (15 course hours)

  1. Occupational Health and Safety
  2. Internal and Environmental Security
  3. Fire and Earthquake Safety

E. Child, Adolescent, Youth, and Family (20 course hours)

Assessment and Evaluation
Monitoring exams will be conducted throughout the course to track participants’ progress.
In addition, a final examination will be administered at the end of the program.
The final exam will be evaluated over 100 points, and participants who score 80 points or above will be deemed successful.
