Program Objective:
Today, lawyers play a central role in the world of finance, being key actors in both corporate financing and investment processes. However, their knowledge of finance is often insufficient. During corporate restructurings, M&A transactions, and other financial operations, lawyers are expected to provide in-depth legal advice and manage the processes, often participating in negotiations and meetings. In these situations, knowledge of finance and accounting becomes essential.
This training is designed to bridge this knowledge gap, enabling individuals with legal education or in the process of legal studies to better understand finance, communicate effectively with clients, and provide integrated legal and financial guidance in corporate advisory services.
The program covers all finance topics at a beginner level, familiarizing participants with professional financial terminology and concepts, and helping lawyers, financiers, and investment bankers to “speak the same language.”
