Purpose of the Program:
This certificate program is designed to equip participants with the competencies required to work as shadow teachers / teaching assistants who guide children with special needs in both academic and social life.
Through this program, participants will receive comprehensive and applied training from expert instructors on conditions such as autism, hyperactivity, impulse control disorders, adjustment disorders, developmental challenges, behavioral problems, rare syndromes, and Down syndrome. The training focuses on understanding the developmental characteristics of children with special needs, managing potential challenges encountered in school settings, and applying behavior modification programs, including Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and token reinforcement systems.
