Training Objective
The aim of this training is to enable participants to use Generative AI effectively in their daily professional workflows to increase productivity, speed, and quality.
By the end of the training, participants are expected to use Generative AI tools not merely as question-and-answer systems, but as productive assistants capable of:
• creating drafts,
• improving written content,
• generating alternatives,
• simplifying information,
• and accelerating thinking processes.
The program also aims to equip participants with the ability to:

• Transition to Generative AI: from concept to professional use
• What types of outputs can Generative AI produce?
• Text generation, rewriting, summarization, simplification, transformation, tone adaptation, and first-draft creation
• Using AI for emails, reports, announcements, presentations, and meeting outputs
• Brainstorming, alternative generation, and idea expansion
• Research support, content synthesis, and first-draft preparation
• Multimodal Generative AI: examples of working with text, visuals, audio, and documents
• Evaluating draft quality: good outputs, weak outputs, and risky outputs
• How hallucinations appear in professional outputs and how to detect them
• Source-based work, responsible usage, and selecting appropriate tasks
• Sample use cases for different professional roles
• Preparation for transitioning to Prompt Engineering training
Scope and Limitations
The focus of this training is on how Generative AI creates value in professional tasks. The training framework centers around:
• task types,
• output quality,
• improvement,
• productivity,
• and responsible usage.
Basic AI awareness and conceptual introduction topics are not revisited, as they are considered learning outcomes of the “AI Fundamentals” training.
Advanced prompt design, zero-shot/few-shot prompting, role-based prompt structures, and systematic prompt architecture are reserved for the Prompt Engineering training.
Agentic AI systems are also not covered in detail within this program.

With more than 25 years of professional experience in financial technologies, enterprise information technologies, and organizational transformation, he has undertaken critical roles including software engineer, senior business intelligence specialist, project manager, agile coach, and corporate trainer.
Throughout his professional career spanning system integrators, large-scale corporate organizations, and global manufacturing companies, he has contributed to helping teams and leaders develop agile methodologies, OKR-focused management approaches, and more effective ways of working. He has delivered training programs on agile working methods and transformation-focused approaches to hundreds of employees and leaders, while actively participating in organizational change initiatives.
Today, he focuses on the productivity-oriented use of Generative AI technologies in business processes, as well as corporate agility, leadership, strategic development, and future-ready organizational capabilities.
