Program Objective:
This training covers every detail of the barista profession, starting from the history and culture of coffee, exploring different brewing methods, and understanding the results of each. Participants will learn about coffee beans, roasting techniques, espresso-based applications, machine operation, café management, and even traditional Turkish coffee preparation. By the end of the program, participants will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on skills in all aspects of being a barista.
Eligibility::
This barista training is designed for individuals who are currently working in the coffee industry or those aiming to build a career in the sector.

• Popular coffee types, their effects, and cultivation
• Coffee fruit growth and development
• Coffee-producing continents and countries
• Coffee harvesting methods
• Wet and dry processing of coffee
• Selecting green coffee beans and identifying defects
• Coffee roasting techniques
• Coffee packaging methods
• Coffee tasting techniques (cupping)
• Coffee grinding, dosing, and tamping techniques
• Basic milk processing methods
• Preparation of various coffee beverages
• Coffee machine operation and maintenance
• Hygiene standards in barista workstations
• Cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Post-training evaluation
Certification:
Participants who successfully pass the practical and written assessments at the end of the training will receive a Rectorate-approved certificate issued by the academy.
