Athletic Performance Coaching Training

Program Description
The Athletic Performance Coaching Training is a comprehensive certification program designed to improve athletes’ key biomotor abilities such as strength, speed, endurance, agility, and balance through scientific training methods. Throughout the program, participants will gain systematic knowledge starting from the fundamentals of exercise physiology and biomechanics to performance development, testing and analysis methods, training planning, and periodization processes.
The program combines theoretical knowledge with practical field applications, enabling participants to directly apply what they learn in real-world training environments. With its structure integrating academic knowledge and field practice, the program aims to provide participants with directly applicable coaching and athletic performance training skills.

Learning Outcomes
Participants who successfully complete this training will be able to:

PHASE 1 — INTRODUCTION TO ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE & FUNDAMENTAL CONCEPTS (14 HOURS)

PHASE 2 — FUNDAMENTAL SCIENCES (14 HOURS)

To understand the biological and physiological foundations of performance.

• Anatomy & Biomechanics (Force–Velocity Relationship)
• Neuromuscular System
• Training Periodization / Principles of Loading and Adaptation

PHASE 3 — PERFORMANCE TESTING & ANALYSIS (16 HOURS)
Objective:
To teach the scientific evaluation of athlete performance through testing, data analysis, and integration into training planning.
• Anthropometric Measurements

• Power Tests (Jump Tests, RSI, etc.)
• Speed Tests
• Endurance Tests (Yo-Yo, 30-15, etc.)
• Movement Screening Tests (FMS, etc.)

PHASE 4 — TRAINING APPROACHES FOR DEVELOPING BIOMOTOR ABILITIES (15 HOURS)
Objective:
To teach the scientific training methods used to develop the key biomotor abilities that determine sports performance.
• Strength and Power Training (VBT, Plyometric Approaches, Reactive Strength)
• Endurance Training (Development of Aerobic and Anaerobic Systems)
• Speed Training (Acceleration, Maximum Velocity, Sprint Mechanics)
• Quickness & Agility (COD vs Agility Distinction)
• Balance Training

PHASE 5 — TRAINING PLANNING & PERIODIZATION (13 HOURS)
• Periodization Models (Linear, Non-linear, Block Periodization)
• Micro / Meso / Macro Planning
• Sport-Specific Planning (Team Sports Examples)
