Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals

Training Duration
1 Full Day (6 Hours)
The program can also be planned in a 2 half-day format (3+3 hours) depending on organizational needs.

Training Objective
The aim of this training is to help participants correctly understand the fundamental concepts of artificial intelligence, position AI appropriately in daily life and professional environments, and particularly comprehend why Generative AI has recently gained significant prominence.
By the end of the training, participants are expected to evaluate AI not merely as a popular technology trend, but as a supportive layer that can provide speed, efficiency, summarization, content generation, analytical support, and idea development for specific tasks.
The program also aims to provide participants with:
• the ability to distinguish between the strengths and limitations of AI,
• awareness of the risks of inaccurate yet convincing outputs,
• an understanding of the importance of verification and human oversight,
• and foundational awareness regarding data privacy and secure AI usage.

Scope and Limitations
This program introduces core concepts such as artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, and large language models without going into technical depth, while still establishing a correct conceptual foundation.
The topics of risk and secure usage are approached through:
• verification,
• human oversight,
• data privacy,
• ethics,
• bias,
• governance,
• and synthetic content awareness.
Although some advanced enterprise AI approaches provide more controlled information usage, this training does not cover the technical details of such systems.
Advanced topics including:
