Due to the Ministry’s decision to revise the curriculum, trainings cannot be conducted at this time.
Program Objective:
Mediation renewal training, as specified in Articles 32(6) and 32(7) of the Law on Mediation in Civil Disputes Regulation, is a mandatory program for mediators that must be taken once every three years. The training, provided by authorized institutions, includes theoretical and practical sessions totaling at least 8 hours.
The purpose of the training is to update mediators on changes in mediation legislation and case law and to improve mediation skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Mediators who have completed any specialization training (their last specialization training) more than 3 years ago are required to take the renewal training.
• Mediators whose registration in the mediation registry has exceeded 3 years and who have not completed any renewal or specialization training in the meantime are also required to attend the renewal training.
