Yes. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive an Istanbul Aydın University-approved Certificate of Participation or Certificate of Achievement, depending on the nature of the training.
Yes. Certificates issued upon successful completion of the training can be viewed through the e-Devlet system. Please refer to the relevant training page for detailed information.
Payments can be made via bank transfer (EFT) or credit card.
Yes. Bonus credit cards are eligible for up to 5 interest-free installments for online payments.
Yes. If you see the “Payment Successful” message, your pre-registration has been successfully completed. Your registration details are received by our team, and after the necessary checks, we will contact you with further information regarding the process.
Yes. You may request a refund up to one day before the training start date. Unfortunately, cancellation and refund requests submitted after this period cannot be processed. Please contact us for further information.
Yes. Training dates may be changed if the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, all registered participants will be informed.
As our instructors may change depending on their availability and schedules, their names are not included in every training program description.
