THEORETICAL TRAINING (4 hours)
- Recent Developments in Expert Witness Practice
- Qualifications, Duties, and Ethical Principles of the Expert Witness
- Conducting the Expert Examination
- Problems Encountered During Expert Witness Activities and Sharing of Solution Proposals
PRACTICAL TRAINING (2 hours)
- Presentation of Case Studies and Conducting Examinations
- Presentations and Feedback Sessions, General Evaluation, and Training Evaluation Survey
Duration: 6 hours
Fee: 1,750 TL
Note: No refunds will be issued starting 1 day before the training date, regardless of any excuse.
