Program Description:
This training provides theoretical and practical knowledge on conducting mediation activities within the field of labor law. It is designed as an expert-level mediation training program.
Who Can Attend: Only mediators registered in the Mediation Registry are eligible to participate
Program Content:
- Introduction to Expert Mediation / Communication & Emotion in Mediation – 6 hours
- Introduction to Expert Mediation / Conflict & Negotiation Techniques in Mediation – 6 hours
- Introduction to Expert Mediation / Legal Principles in Mediation – 6 hours
- Introduction to Expert Mediation / Representation of Parties – 2 hours
- Expert Mediation in Labor Law / Theoretical Training – 24 hours
- Expert Mediation in Labor Law / Practical Training – 4 hours
Program Duration:
48 hours (44 hours theoretical + 4 hours practical, face-to-face)
Training Hours: 14:00 – 23:00
Certificate:
Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a Rectorate-approved Expert Mediation Training Certificate in Labor Law, issued by Istanbul Aydın University as an authorized training institution by the Ministry of Justice – Directorate of Mediation.
Additional Information:
The university reserves the right to postpone or cancel the program if necessary.
