Program Objective
Each of us comes into the world with different purposes and searches, and throughout our lives we try to discover or fulfill them. In this journey, if we do not have a qualified guide, we rely on what we observe around us or on the experiences of others. But do these insights truly fit us 100%? If not, why does something work for someone else but not for us?
This program primarily aims to help participants understand themselves and learn the differences in personality structures. It provides insight into what our personality structure potentially brings and which aspects we need to develop. Beyond self-awareness, the program also enables participants to understand the personalities of people around them and how to approach them effectively.
Target Audience / Who Can Attend?

About the Instructor
Who Is Dr. Mehmet Özdemir?
While serving as a senior executive in the business world, Dr. Mehmet Özdemir began his journey of self-discovery inspired by the ancient inscription at the Temple of Delphi: “Know thyself.” This journey led him to deeply explore the essence of human nature both in Turkey and abroad through numerous training programs.
In 2008, he identified three core areas of focus: Psychology, Enneagram, and Body Language. Since first encountering the Enneagram personality system in 2008, he has continuously researched, studied academic articles, and questioned how theoretical knowledge translates into real human behavior. Drawing from observed gaps, he developed the Enneagram Turkey Application System, restructuring the Enneagram with academic depth and making it systematic and accessible.
Before and during his doctoral studies, he conducted over 5,000 one-on-one sessions and continues to work with an average of 500 new clients annually.
Recognizing that Enneagram studies alone were insufficient to fully understand human behavior, Dr. Özdemir pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Acıbadem University after completing his doctorate. He received professional training in:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapies Association under Prof. Dr. Hakan Türkçapar
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) from the Contextual Sciences Association under Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatih Yavuz
• Addiction Therapy from Prof. Dr. Kültegin Ögel and his team
While continuing his work on self-awareness, he returned to academia and published scientific studies in globally prestigious journals such as Nature Materials and Advanced Functional Materials. His doctoral dissertation was awarded as the best doctoral thesis in Turkey.
In addition to his academic work, he published his first book, Silent Power: Body Language, in 2014, followed by Practical Enneagram. He has delivered training programs for numerous holdings and corporations and provided coaching to C-level executives. After extensive training and coaching practice, he earned the ICF-accredited PCC (Professional Certified Coach) title.
Dr. Mehmet Özdemir has conducted Enneagram and body language studies in countries such as Italy and South Korea. He is the founder of Tria Psychology and Enneagram Turkey, and continues his work as a CBT, ACT, and Enneagram therapist, providing training, consultancy, testing, and reporting services.
