Program Objective
The aim of this program is to identify the management-related differences of non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the shared characteristics of effective organizations, and the organizational structures associated with effective and ineffective management, in order to support efficient governance within civil society organizations.
Who Is This Program For?
Current and prospective managers working in civil society organizations, as well as recent graduates who aim to pursue a career in the non-profit and civil society sector, are eligible to participate.
