Overview:
The Sports Psychology and Performance Management Certificate Program, organized for the first time by Maksimum Performans and Istanbul Aydın University Continuing Education Center, is launching with an outstanding team of instructors. This 5-day certificate program features experienced trainers with a successful career in Turkey.
The unique aspect of this program is that its content is prepared by a Sports Psychology Consultant and delivered by certified sports psychologists and expert educators who meet professional criteria in the field.

• Introduce the rapidly developing science of Sports Psychology in Turkey and raise awareness.
• Highlight the importance of psychological support in sports and contribute to Turkish sports.
• Address the shortage of qualified sports psychologists in Turkey, where there are nearly 6 million licensed athletes.
• Provide participants with practical and theoretical knowledge to pursue a career as a sports psychologist.
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will:
• Learn theoretical and applied methods of Sports and Exercise Psychology practiced worldwide and in Turkey.
• Understand the science of sports psychology, its benefits, and professional working conditions.
• Gain eligibility to work with the General Directorate of Youth and Sports or sports directorates in various cities.
• Acquire behavioral and cognitive techniques to support personal development.
• Gain practical experience for a future career in sports psychology.
• Learn techniques to enhance self-confidence, emotional regulation, and personal well-being.
• Understand how to apply learned techniques in daily life, becoming the personal developer of their own life.
Program Duration:
• 35 hours of theoretical training
• 10 hours of supervision
