Purpose of the Program:
This certificate program has been designed to enhance the competencies and qualifications of preschool teachers, primary school teachers, middle school subject teachers, and prospective teachers working in public and private schools regarding the education of gifted and talented (special needs) students.
Through this program, participants will receive practical training from field experts on the identification of gifted students, preparation of educational programs, differentiation practices, parent education, socio-emotional development, thinking skills, creativity techniques, and applications across different disciplines.

Program Content:
Day 1: Giftedness and Talent, Theories, Intelligence and Attention Tests
Day 2: Educational Practices for Gifted and Talented Students (Differentiation, Enrichment, Acceleration)
Day 3: Developing Higher-Order Thinking Skills for Gifted and Talented Students, Parent Education and Guidance
Day 4: Creativity, Creativity Techniques, and Applications for Different Disciplines (Science–Mathematics, Social Sciences, Visual Arts)
Training Duration: 40 Hours (Face-to-Face)
