National (Domestic) Arbitration Arbitrator Certificate Program

Program Objective:
This program aims to explain the resolution of qualified commercial and investment disputes through arbitration within the framework of national (domestic) arbitration practice, taking into account practical examples of the activities that a party’s counsel must carry out from the commencement to the conclusion of arbitral proceedings.
Accordingly, the program seeks to provide participants with both theoretical and practical knowledge on the effective management of the arbitration process from the perspective of a party-appointed arbitrator.
