Eligibility for Participation:
Individuals who have completed the basic Concordat Commissioner training are eligible to attend the 12-hour refresher training, which must be taken once every three years.
Legal Basis:
Article 11 – (1)
Commissioners shall receive refresher training at least once every three years, with a total duration of no less than twelve hours, provided by institutions authorized to offer such training.
A commissioner is required to attend the refresher training within the third year following the date of registration on the list.
Commissioners who fail to complete the refresher training shall not be re-registered on the list.
Participants who fail to attend more than 1/12 of the total course hours will be dismissed from the training program by the training institution.ilir.
Refund Policy:
No refunds shall be made once the training has commenced, regardless of any excuse.
